Neurofeedback is a therapeutic technique that involves real-time monitoring of brain activity in order to help individuals learn how to self-regulate their brain function. It is often used as a non-invasive treatment for various neurological and psychological conditions.
Here’s how neurofeedback typically works: Brain Activity Monitoring, During a neurofeedback session, electrodes are placed on the scalp to measure electrical activity in the brain, This data is then processed and displayed on a computer screen and The Feedback: real-time brain activity is presented to the individual in the form of visual and auditory using a reward System: when the individual successfully modifies their brainwave activity in the desired direction, they receive positive feedback, such as a sound or visual reward. This reinforcement helps them learn how to self-regulate their brain function.
Neurofeedback is helpful in many conditions and can be adjusted to the individual conditions and issues that were found on the brain map done beforehand.

Research has shown that ‘double sessions’ are more effective to the brain, these are 2 sessions of 20 minutes brain training.
Generally, patients receive therapy for one or two sessions a week. On average, however, most can achieve optimum results after 20 sessions. Even more impressive, the results last a lifetime for many, if not most patients.
The neurofeedback training treatment program requires 20 to 40 training sessions. Because Neurofeedback is a learned skill, improvement is gradual and occurs over time. Some individuals may need more training to achieve the full benefits of the therapy. Improvements in attention, organization, and behavior are typically well-retained on a long-term basis
